Position: Fitness Sales Advisor
Reports to: Studio Manager/Head Instructor/Franchise Owner
Pay Structure: Base salary of $15/hr + Sales Commission

We are hiring a Fitness Sales Advisor with sales experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in the member experience by being able to support sales initiatives and inform members on how they can make healthy routine choices to improve their overall health through fitness.

Job Duties:
● Assist in KickHouse business and studio operations and gain an opportunity to learn about the business side of studio operations.
● Work hand-in-hand with both Instructors and the sales team to guide potential members through their first workout.
● Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
● Follow up and follow through on activities with all prospective clients.
● Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience within the studio.
● Maintain studio cleanliness in front desk area and bathrooms
● Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
● Handle member concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of a positive resolution.
● Participate in marketing and outreach events.
● Attend and participate in all KickHouse training programs.
*Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between KickHouse studio locations. The studio’s Hiring Manager can provide more details if you are selected to proceed with the interview process.
