What we are looking for:
MacStadium, the leading provider of Mac-centric IaaS, Virtualization, and Remote Desktop solutions, is searching for a highly skilled Principal Product Manager with robust technical and GTM skills to lead our Remote Desktop solutions, including partnerships and internally developed technology.

This critical role will lead the execution of our current strategy, developing a reproducible Go-To-Market approach with Citrix and their reseller network, and identify opportunities to develop independent offerings to meet the needs of different segments. This role involves working closely with partners, sales, marketing, support, and software development teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

This position is a part of our Product team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer; Atlanta, GA location and Eastern Time zone is preferred.

MacStadium's current U.S. office locations are in Atlanta, GA and Las Vegas, NV. While it is ideal to have this position located in close proximity to one of our offices, we are open to filling the role remotely outside of the states of Georgia and Nevada (within the United States) for the right candidate. For remote applicants outside of Eastern time zone, you will be expected to start working at 9AM ET. 

What you’ll do:
  • Insight and Discovery: Engage deeply with our user community to understand their needs, specifically regarding remote desktop macOS solutions. Utilize these insights to define research directions and understand market trends.
  • Execution and Delivery: Lead and motivate the cross-functional (and sometimes cross-company) team to explore innovative solutions and validate ideas rapidly, focusing on iterative development and quick learning cycles.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a clear, actionable 12+ month product roadmap. Rigorously prioritize the product backlog with a variety of prioritization methods. methodical approach, ensuring small, incremental releases that contribute to significant outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of VDI and virtualization technologies to enhance our capabilities and offerings.
  • Market Implementation: Oversee the go-to-market strategy and drive the enablement of internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure product success.


What skills and experience do you need to have:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a technical focus on VDI and Remote Desktop technologies.
  • Proficient understanding of virtualization technologies, networking systems, data centers, and Apple macOS.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with technical and business user personas to understand and solve their specific use cases.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by a data-driven mindset for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a common vision.

For California, Colorado, and Illinois applicants, the compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000.
