Responsibilities
  • Be a regular presence on zoom with Sales and Inside Sales Producers.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly training topics: Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Listen live and to previous call recordings with the intention of coaching better sales talk paths and execution.
  • monitor one-on-one sales performance activities.
  • Step in as needed to complete New Business for fellow Sales Team
  • Audit all New business written in the Agency for accuracy, train staff where needed.
  • Fill in on sales when short staff or as needed to ensure we are not missing
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Attend training and continuing education courses.

Requirements

Full-time employment: M-Th: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. MST; F: 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. MST;

  • Attend Zoom meeting platform during working hours to assist with Remote staff
  • Present professional and organized each day.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Successful sales background.
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
