We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This “hands-on” leadership opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Your Impact

  • Lead by example
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Ensure Team Member safety at all times
  • Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements at all times
  • Support the Operations team during rush hours and for large orders
  • Assist in sourcing and hiring talent
  • Lead and oversee the coordination of all dine-in, delivery and carryout operations
  • Grow sales and transactions by constantly reducing Speed of Service (SOS) wait times and ensuring every guest has a fast, accurate, but never rushed experience
  • Maximize order accuracy through proper training of the Hospitality teams
  • Minimize the food cost gap through proper training of the team in food quality expectations, holding times and waste management
  • Drive continuous improvement by assessing all Front of House systems and procedures to ensure maximum safety, cleanliness, accuracy, and productivity
  • Quickly resolve any operational issues and prevent future occurrences

Background Profile
