PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable, Clinical Liaison to support the needs of our clients. We have an immediate opening for a Clinical Liaison who can build relationships and support care coordination for our community’s most vulnerable.

PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest and provides home-based care services to more than 3,000 clients a month carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must hold an RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
  • Leverage current client relationships and establish new partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics and rehab facilities
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with referral sources to generate new business
