Job Overview:

The Community Outreach Associate will play a vital role in executing and managing our community outreach and engagement strategies. This individual will work closely with our Community Relations team to create and maintain positive relationships with local communities and key stakeholders. This is an entry-level position, and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a passion for community involvement and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of community outreach programs and events.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and other key stakeholders.

• Coordinate and participate in community events and charitable initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community relations efforts align with company goals and initiatives.

• Monitor and respond to community feedback and inquiries.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and community needs.

• Track and report on community engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
