EAS Roofing is excited to announce an immediate opening for a full-time Roof Consultant - Sales position. As a key member of our sales force, your role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our market presence. The position is based out of our headquarters and involves direct, in-person interactions with new and existing customers; hence, it is not a remote job.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in roofing systems to assess customer needs accurately and present effective solutions tailored to their individual requirements. The right candidate will be trained extensively in-house, using proven methods that have helped our current salespeople become superstars, with sales exceeding $1,000,000 annually. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Run leads to meet prospective clients using a strategic company-provided approach.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of roofs, gutters, siding, soffit, and fascia to identify and address any issues or potential improvements.
  • Present detailed information and recommendations to homeowners about the best solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed your personal and team sales targets.
  • Complete all internal paperwork meticulously to ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication across departments.
  • Participate in continuous on-site training sessions to keep up with industry trends and improve selling techniques.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
  • Utilize provided technology tools efficiently for daily operations and client management.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales, particularly in roofing, siding, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientèle.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to physically inspect roofs and other related constructions, which includes climbing ladders and navigating roofs safely.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism, reflecting positively on the company image.
  • Comfortable with using technological tools and software for sales and customer management.
