The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Demand Gen Marketing Manager includes:

Demand Gen:
  • Develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy that oversees the customer journey – including website, paid ads, social, content and omni-channel campaigns for both mid-market and enterprise;
  • Design and execute complex, end-to-end marketing campaigns that deliver results measured in MQLs, SAOs, generated pipeline, and won deals;
  • Guide an ABM program for enterprise deals to ensure content and campaigns are properly executed based on tiers/accounts the business is targeting;  
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback;
  • Develop contact strategies to further engage and qualify prospects. Execute nurture campaigns utilizing industry best practices and technologies e.g. HubSpot, Tango, etc.  
  • Continuous improvement and refinement of systems.

Marketing Operations:
  • Administrate the company's core marketing tech stack with Salesforce, Hubspot Wistia, ZoomInfo, and more; 
  • Manage Marketing database in HubSpot. Develop and execute plans to consolidate all data sources, database growth, improve data hygiene and enhance data through the use of data augmentation tools e.g. ZoomInfo;
  • Maintain and optimize existing tools and integrations, as well as evaluate and implement future integrations and 3rd party tools;
  • Support the optimization of the company's lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle methodologies to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates.
PPC:
  • Oversee agency that executes all PPC work, including Google Ads and LinkedIn; 
  • Manage budget in-tandem with the agency; 
  • Understand business objectives and drive strategy to meet them;
  • Work with agency to drive new ideas and identify areas of improvement.
Marketing Attribution and Reporting:
  • Analyze, report, and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and demand gen and sales effectiveness. Create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to senior leaders;
  • Manage and own existing tech stack for Marketing and orchestrate how they are used to generate, attribute and report on our lead funnel;
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service. 
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure optimal system operation and workflow with Salesforce. Work with SDR and Sales Ops teams to continually refine and improve the quality of the leads provided to Sales. Implement, monitor and refine as needed;
  • Communicates with senior leaders about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorming fresh strategies;
  • Work with the key stakeholders in marketing, sales, client success, product, and other key teams across the company to set and execute a roadmap for Evotix’s growth across demand gen marketing channels (customer marketing, paid media, SEO, partner and PR); 
  • Manage two employees in Perth and Chicago with potential to grow the team.  

What you’ll bring to the table: 
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or relatable field;
  • Extensive experience in Marketing Strategy, ABM, Media Channels and Client Relationships;
  • Strong Salesforce skills, including building reports and dashboards;
  • Ability to understand and articulate the story the data is telling to other stakeholders;
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience using HubSpot is critical to success;
