We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. Must Be a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.


You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work. If this sounds like a good fit, apply now.

Compensation:

$20 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

  • Provide feedback to the Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, or Transaction Coordinator
Qualifications:
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth

  • Have a Florida Real Estate License
  • Have Ekey/Supra access
About Company

Josh has been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 and has been coaching and mentoring new and seasoned agents since 2012 running the Josh Hanoud Team. His main passion is teaching agents how to become successful quickly and most of all, being a Real Estate Agent "The Right Way". He has been on several boards throughout his career and was a writer for multiple blogs.


The Josh Hanoud Team now covers 1/3 of the state of Florida, but Josh's networking and coaching expand through several states and countries.
