In this role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our print marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of Franchise Marketing Coach:
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads through to appointments booked for our franchise locations and some corporate campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams and vendors to create and execute on a campaign schedule and work to optimize performance
- Conduct all onboarding, training and support calls with new franchisees to get them productive as quickly as possible; host regular training calls for ongoing education and adoption of all franchisees and have marketing consultations with franchisees by request.
- Manage brand guidelines with the creative team and work to ensure that franchisees are adhering to the brand guidelines
- Create systems and processes for efficient marketing operations within the brand
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns, communicate the performance within the company and work to optimize and improve performance regularly
- Manage the Communications with franchisees for the company
- Be an active participant in cross-brand collaboration and in the HPB marketing community in order to develop yourself, the brand’s marketing strategy and help other brands develop.
- Manage all marketing activities including but not limited to budgeting, analytics, reputation management, lead nurturing, call center process, paid lead efforts, organic lead efforts, local franchisee efforts, website strategy, creative asset management, event management, documentation of marketing systems and processes and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Franchise Marketing Coach:
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in marketing required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Energized by having a high level of collaboration & meetings.
- B2B customer service and communication skills
- GED or high school diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Communication, Marketing, or another relevant field.
