Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive guidance to franchisees on marketing, sales, finance, and operations to enhance business performance.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of franchisee performance, identifying improvement areas and providing actionable solutions.
  • Develop and implement targeted training programs for franchisees and their teams.
  • Collaborate with franchisors on strategies for franchise system growth and sustainability.
  • Support franchisee recruitment and address operational or financial challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to franchisor policies and procedures while fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Act as a key motivator and advisor, embodying the role of counselor, cheerleader, and strategic guide.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in franchising, business consulting, or management.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence performance through coaching and consulting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%).

  • Leadership and motivational abilities, with a focus on empathetic and relationship-driven approaches.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of franchising.
  • Capacity for strategic thinking in franchisee engagement and compliance enforcement.
