Job DescriptionJob Description

Social Media Interns support the marketing team to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue.

What you’ll do:

·         Work closely with marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and goals.

·         Assist on maintaining the company’s social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

·         Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices bon social media platforms to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

·         Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms.

·         Help monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Supporting the marketing team in scheduling social media content, organizing content libraries / venue collateral, creating fun & immersive social media content, and assisting with execution of special events & programming

·         Assist with photo/ video content shoots.  

·         Menu printing

·         The ability to create graphics for platforms as needed.

·         Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

·         Must have excellent computer and verbal and written communication skills.

·         Minimum of 1 years’ experience in social media, communications, photos, and videos editing

·         Proficient with current technologies and trends in social media and photo/video editing tools / applications

·         Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

·         Ability to work in a team environment.

·         Must have discretion and maintain confidentiality.

·         Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excellent MS Office knowledge, great phone etiquette.

·         Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills.

 

 

 

Qualifications

·         High school diploma, working towards a degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
