  • Very hands on position working with other maintenance technicians 
  • Works under supervisor in fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs including all equipment, heating and air, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc., including all guest rooms, public areas, and the marina.
  • Inspects all areas of resort for needed maintenance and cleaning on a regular schedule.
  • Takes direction on proper repairs / maintenance and inspects work to ensure quality and thoroughness of work performed. 
  • Prioritizes and completes work orders in a timely manner.
  • Assists with dock maintenance, dock finger maintenance, and enforces marina rules and regulations with assistance from General Manager.
  • Ensures swimming pool and spa maintenance duties meet health department regulations.
  • Maintains all building exteriors and common area interiors.
  • Ensures all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner and that all applicable health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Creates and maintains an environment that provides an exceptional guest and owner experience.
  • Responsible for adhering to the established budget
  • Assists other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns.
Required Skills
  • Must have strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural experience.
  • Some nights and weekend work will be expected depending on marina needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
