We are seeking dynamic and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioners (PNP-FNP) or Physician Assistants with Urgent Care certification for our Pediatric Urgent Care clinics in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In this role, you'll work closely with site physicians and collaborate with our dedicated clinic team to provide age-appropriate care. You'll follow established protocols and take on independent responsibilities for assessing, diagnosing, and initiating treatment and procedures.


Job Type: 1 Full-Time Core

Austin Region Openings:

Requires floating to regional clinics: Cedar Park, Round Rock


Clinic Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 12pm - 9pm

Saturday-Sunday: 9pm - 5pm

Requirements:


  • Urgent Care Experience: Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical settings.
  • Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.
  • Urgent Care Procedures: Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, office tasks, confidentiality, and filing systems.
  • Licensing: Current, valid, unencumbered RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Certification: Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.
  • PALS Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
