This position will report directly to our Property and Leasing Managers. This internship will offer a compensation between $17-$18/HR.

In This Role You Will:
  • Assist leasing agents during property showings, helping to greet and provide basic information to prospective tenants.
  • Answer basic inquiries from tenants and prospective tenants about available units, lease terms, and amenities.
  • Help organize and file lease agreements and other paperwork, under supervision.
  • Support tenant screening processes by organizing applications and assisting with basic data entry tasks.
  • Learn to use leasing databases or software systems to update tenant information and lease records.
  • Aid in organizing lease renewals and terminations by helping with paperwork and communication tasks.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing documents or scheduling appointments.
  • Learn about rental market trends through basic research tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Attend training sessions and seek guidance from supervisors to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with leasing agents and other team members, learning from their expertise and guidance.

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.
