Sr. Manager, Process

The Senior Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing business processes within the organization. This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. The Senior Process Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage process improvement projects, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain a customer centric mindset
Center all decisions around the customer
Create processes and maintain the database of processes
Educate leadership on continuous improvement processes and culture
Build out and optimize processes
Document all processes
Become the expert of all processes
Analyze impact of proposed changes to processes to identify gaps and impacts of those changes
Make recommendations to Directors on operational opportunities primed for improvement and assist in building new processes to assists our Customers and Teams
Meet daily with Ops Execution as a cross functional team
Deliver data status updates
Work with the Field to implement new processes and updates to current processes
Maintain database of all processes in Zendesk
Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives and outcomes to senior management.
Continuously monitor processes to ensure sustained improvements and identify new opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is preferred.
Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel)
Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
Experience with Zendesk is preferred
Six Sigma or Lean certified preferred, not required
Hands-on experience managing timelines and deliverables
