If so, we want to hear from you Landmark Payroll, a leading full-service payroll company based in the City of Commerce, is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather payroll processing requirements and ensure a smooth transition to our payroll services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client payroll data and configurations to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Customize payroll solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, including tax calculations, deductions, and other payroll-related parameters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients in setting up and testing payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related problems efficiently, making sure clients are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes and implement system enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and payroll implementations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have experience working for a payroll company in processing or the implementation of payroll for multiple clients. Must be willing to start at 6 am to accommodate our East Coast Clients.

  • Previous experience in payroll processing and implementation is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex payroll data and configurations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and tools (isolved) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
