IT Specialist
Job Description: monitoring IT operations for Prime Meats.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Optimize and adapt the use of SAP Business One, and in the future, SAP S/4HANA, by creating new fields, visualizations, and connections for its proper functioning.
  • Administer, optimize, and ensure the integration of the SAP system with other company systems (E.g. Salesforce platform, company websites, etc…)
  • Establish and maintain IT security protocols, including compliance checks.
  • Provide IT support across the organization, including software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Provide daily end-user tech support for staff company-wide.
  • Special events (on- and off-site): Technical planning, designing, setup, implementation, and tear-down.
  • Monitoring and maintaining Intel-based servers, network connectivity, and performance.
  • Perform other related duties, as required by your manager.
  • Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Qualifications Requirements:
  •  Experience in developments on SAP Business One and SAP s/4HANA.
  •  Experience in API integrations, particularly between SAP and Salesforce.
  •  Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant web languages.
