About OGH

OGH is a privately held Texas limited liability company based in Dallas, TX, formed in 2003. OGH operates through several subsidiaries, which collectively engage in Commercial Real Estate Services, Construction & Development, Capital Markets, Real Estate Management and Maintenance services, and real estate consulting services.

Through its Capital Markets division, OGH is involved in raising capital from private sources and institutional lenders for various real estate projects for OGH and the firm’s clients. Those projects range in type (Commercial Office, Retail, Mixed Use, Industrial, and Hospitality) and purpose and typically involve the acquisition and development of raw land and construction coupled with the acquisition and renovation of income-producing real estate.

OGH Development provides consulting and construction management services to OGH projects and OGH clients for the development of raw land, constructing commercial buildings (Multi-Family Projects, Retail, Mixed Use) as well as the renovation, modification, or expansion of existing commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects.

OGH Management & Maintenance provides professional asset and property management services to individuals and business entities owning residential and commercial properties, ranging from single-family homes and duplexes held for investment purposes to shopping centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, and multi-family apartment complexes. OGH Management’s professionals work with HOA and BOA organizations and arrange for supervised maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of clients’ real estate assets by its staff contractors.

OGH Real Estate provides all acquisition, disposition, and leasing for OGH and OGH clients. This division employs licensed real estate agents and professionals who serve the client's requests, seeking to buy and sell commercial, retail, and residential investment real estate as well as raw land.

Job Description – Outside Sales Representative – (OSR) 1099 Contractor

The Outside Sales Representative – Property Management Services (OSR) is responsible for increasing sales by soliciting and developing relationships with property owners, realtors, brokers, and other similar groups in need of commercial and residential property management services in the DFW, Austin, and other select markets in Texas. In addition to property management, maintenance services, and construction management services. OGH also provides back-office support to owners who self-manage their properties but need additional support in accounting, legal notices, etc. The OSR will be responsible for identifying prospective clients through their personal prospect database and/or through lead lists provided by OGH. The OSR’s responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management and informing potential customers of service features and benefits. You should also be able to create and present persuasive sales proposals to prospects to encourage sales and repeat business.

To be successful as an OSR, you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional OSR should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets continually.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new customers based in the DFW and Austin markets.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company property management, maintenance and construction services to new customers.
  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Collaborating with management to expand brand presence by creating suitable marketing materials.
  • Researching competitors' services and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven outside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
