Your day to day as a Contract Fund Developer

As a Contract Funding Developer at Stand Inc., you will play a vital role in driving the organization's fundraising efforts. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying funding opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with the Leadership team to execute a strategic fundraising plan aligned with the organization's goals. In addition, you will have the opportunity to organize donor appreciation events and engagement activities to showcase gratitude and foster long-term donor relationships. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and submitting compelling grant proposals and funding applications to secure vital financial resources in support of Stand Inc.'s impactful social service initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS for this Contract Fund Developer OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate for the Contract Funding Developer position at Stand Inc. will possess a Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Key skills required for this role include strong research capabilities to identify funding opportunities and analyze trends effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling grant proposals and donor communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and management abilities, efficiently handling multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, fundraising databases, and online research tools is necessary to excel in this dynamic fundraising role at our Decatur, GA location.
