Job Summary 

A successful candidate will be an integral member of the OMPC team but be able to work independently at client sites providing the highest level of clinical service. Primary Responsibilities:  

  • This position is for onsite coverage of clinics in the Columbus, OH area.
  • Each facility is equipped with one Varian Linear Accelerator
  • Treatment planning systems include Eclipse, Aria, MIM and Mosaiq 
  • Special Procedures include SBRT
  • Both clinics have incredibly welcoming teams and excellent physicians
  • This role will be fully supported by the OMPC team in Ohio for PTO coverage and cross training.

  • Knowledgeable in state and professional regulations
  • Willingness to go “above and beyond” for clients and fellow colleagues
  • A desire to demonstrate initiative and ownership of daily tasks and projects
  • Capable of paying strict attention to detail, thorough, and well-organized
  • Comfortable dealing with a variety of situations and different personalities
  • Ability to actively problem-solve by seeking, developing, and implementing viable solutions

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • ABR Certified Medical Physicist or Board Eligible
  • MS or PhD in Medical Physics
  • 4+ years clinical therapy physics experience
  • Valid State Registration/Approval (Ohio)
  • Valid Driver’s License
