Promo Builder is a growing sales and marketing company, a specialist in Direct Marketing, Sale, Re-sale, Distribution of Hardware, and Parts. Our core focus is on hardware and niche device sales, but we also do full cycle sales and marketing services.
What We're Looking For
A driven salesperson with excellent negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Outside Sales Representative are field salespeople who provide efficient tech solutions to small businesses in Kentucky alongside our passionate team. On our team you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for prospective & existing customers across 5 to 100+ locations on a weekly basis.

What You’ll Do
Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs.
Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service.
Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers.
Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion.
Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.
Stay in constant contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of route/outside sales experience
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Negotiating and closing skills
Valid Driver’s License and car
Ability to travel on route 100%
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Schedule
8-hour shift (9:00am – 5:30pm)
Monday to Friday
This is a 100% field route based direct sales position offering base salary and commission.
