We are accepting applications for the full-time Financial Controller position based out of our Corporate Office in Watkinsville, GA. This role would oversee daily finance and accounting functions for multiple companies within the organization and would strive to strategically structure the role, department, and company for growth as the business adapts and increases in complexity.  The ideal candidate would have skills in critical thinking, problem solving, strategic planning, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who will align with our company's culture and values to serve our organization with excellence through servant leadership.  


Primary Job Duties:


  • Manages Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Oversight for Multiple Companies within the organization 
  • General Company Accounting and Financial Management including Allocation of Costs across Multiple Entities 
  • Creates and Processes Monthly Invoices for PharmD on Demand Clients
  • Processes Bi-Weekly Payroll (Approve Timecards, Deductions, Pay Codes, Expense Reports, Wage and Hour Laws, Garnishments) 
  • Assists Company Owners and Business Entities with Tax Strategy and Planning
  • Develops and Maintains Strategic Financial Planning and Reports to Help Guide Business Decisions 
  • Other responsibilities as requested

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Accounting or Finance Degree Required. 
  • 1 Year of Accounting Experience Required. 
  • CPA Preferred, but not Required. 


Position Details:


  • Full-Time, 40-hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)
  • Eligible for Full Benefits Package (Insurance Options, 401(k) with Matching, PTO, etc.)
  • Based out of the company’s corporate Office in Watkinsville, GA
