HerKare is seeking a mid-level provider for the role of Clinic Director at the Fort Worth clinic

Under general supervision of the Medical Director and in collaboration with the administrative team; the Center Director (CD) implements the medical practice delivery model in accordance with the protocols of the company for Womens HEalth and Hormone replacement therapy specifically geared towards women. The CD duties include staff supervision and are responsible for the implementation, oversight, and day-to-day management of the clinic. CD will perform patient care and administrative tasks. In addition to the clinical skills necessary for this role, a CD should have good analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with health care regulations and find creative solutions to administrative issues. Communication and attention to detail are a key skill in this role, as are interpersonal skills, which are critical to providing leadership and motivating staff. Technical skills related to health care technology are also vitally important. The CD is responsible for administrative functions that directly impact medical services, operations, and management team in overall success of the company. The CD delivers quality services to all patients and ensures the daily operations of the clinic.

Clinical Oversight: Play a critical role in developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Monitor the quality of patient care delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Staff Supervision and Development: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating clinical personnel. Foster a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Patient Care Management: Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization. Address patient care concerns and complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Clinical Leadership: Serve as a clinical leader and role model within the organization, promoting evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with the Medical Director and other departmental leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to advance the organization's mission and goals.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and evaluate outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for clinical improvement initiatives.

Emergency Preparedness and Response: Assist in developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans and protocols to ensure the organization's readiness to respond to crises, disasters, or public health emergencies. Participate in drills, exercises, and training activities to enhance staff preparedness and resilience.

Overall, the role of CD entails direct patient interaction, treatment of patients through defined, established, and peer-reviewed protocol; along with full evaluation of the root cause of this condition. The CD is responsible for administrative functions that directly impact medical services, operations, and management team in overall success of HerKare. The CD also has supervisory of the support staff consisting of medical assistants and receptionist. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Compensation Package:

Generous based compensation package with guaranteed base and additional Saturday pay on top of base at $400 per Saturday shift, Major medical, dental, vision after 60 days, Group life and accident insurance available, Annual CME allowance $1500 and 5 CME PTO days, Accrual Paid Time Off, 401k with excellent matching, Scrubs provided, On the job training, Malpractice with tail end coverage

Requirements:
  • Licensed Physician Assistant, Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
  • DEA Registration current
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year practice experience preferred
