Email Marketing Campaign Production Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45-$55/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)
- Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid or Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment
Email Marketing Campaign Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the production of outbound marketing campaigns for us across email, push, and emerging communications platforms.
- Coordinate with several internal teams including content marketing, member engagement, and research to consult, build, and refine their outbound marketing tactics.
- Develop and build sophisticated customer segments for outbound campaigns, optimizing for KPIs.
- Create automated marketing campaigns and migrate current manual campaigns to increase efficiency on our proprietary systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on email and push best practices and CAN-SPAM and CASL to internal clients.
- Integrate personalization into our outbound marketing campaigns through data providers and flexible templates.
Email Marketing Campaign Production Manager Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/Exact Target or similar ESPs (Email Service Providers).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or a related field of study.
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with great attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Movable Ink preferred.
- Moderate to advanced experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics.
- Working knowledge and understanding of HTML.
- Moderate to advanced HTML skills and a general understanding of email development preferred.
- Basic SQL experience and familiarity with queries preferred.
