About Us: The Learning Station is a nurturing and dynamic environment dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enrollment Specialist and Marketing Manager to join our team. This dual-role position will focus on managing enrollment processes while developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain families.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions/Enrollment Specialist:

  • Oversee the enrollment process for new families, from initial inquiry through the completion of registration.
  • Conduct informational sessions for prospective families when needed, addressing questions and providing detailed program information.
  • Maintain and manage enrollment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new families.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize enrollment and maintain optimal class sizes.
  • Manage our CRM system (Intellikids)

Marketing Manager:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the center’s programs and services.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and businesses to enhance visibility and drive referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in admissions/enrollment and marketing, preferably in a child care or educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education and family engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (Intellikids/ProCare) software.
  • Knowledge of local community resources and networks.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for early childhood education.
