Position Overview:

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) represents our medical spa. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients.

  • Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology.
  • Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
  • Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
  • Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
Requirements:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • Extensive knowledge of social media sites (Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Customer service experience 2 years minimum
  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for up to 6 hours with minimal downtime.
  • Keen knowledge of aesthetic procedures
  • Understanding of computer systems for booking i.e Zenoti and other computer applications such as Excel and word
  • Open availability (this is a full-time position 32-40 hours per week including Saturdays
