What will I be doing?

As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks for the office: 

  • Process and track referrals
  • Assist in assigning cases to staff
  • Review and assign clinical documentation
  • Complete assessments and necessary documentation
  • Participate in PQI and strategic planning

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice required.
  • LPC or LCSW required.
  • 2 years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.)
