Real Estate Marketing Consultant

We are seeking an incredibly talented Marketing Consultant to join our team part-time, bringing creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking to our marketing efforts. This role is crucial in developing our customer base, enhancing brand identity, and ensuring our marketing practices stay ahead of industry trends.

Compensation:
- 20-25 Hours Estimated Per Week
- $2000 - $2500 per month DOE
$2,000 - $2,500 monthly DOE
Responsibilities:Develop and Grow the Customer/Following Base:
- Increase the client experience of our brand.
- Enhance the opportunity for attraction of new clients and team members.
Develop & Maintain Brand Identity and Direction:
- Create and maintain brand cohesiveness across all platforms and materials.
Maintain, Systemize, and Continuously Develop the Marketing Platform:
- Implement and refine marketing systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay Ahead of Current Trends:
- Ensure our brand and practices are up-to-date with or even in front of current trends, ensuring a standout presence in our marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
- Experience with email marketing and campaign management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
