Compensation:

  • 20-25 Hours Estimated Per Week
  • $2000 - $2500 per month DOE
Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Develop and Grow the Customer/Following Base:

  • Increase the client experience of our brand.
  • Enhance the opportunity for attraction of new clients and team members.


Develop & Maintain Brand Identity and Direction:

  • Create and maintain brand cohesiveness across all platforms and materials.


Maintain, Systemize, and Continuously Develop the Marketing Platform:

  • Implement and refine marketing systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


Stay Ahead of Current Trends:

  • Ensure our brand and practices are up-to-date with or even in front of current trends, ensuring a standout presence in our marketplace.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
