Busy and Established Real Estate Team is looking for a talented In-House Transaction Manager. As the Transaction Manager at Heller The Home Seller, you will be responsible for overseeing the transaction process, coordinating with various parties involved, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and timely closing. You will work closely with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and escrow companies to ensure all transaction details are accurately documented and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and proactive communication throughout all transactions
  • Be driven and always thinking of ways to improve and grow the business
  • Always be looking for ways to “Wow” our clients to ensure 5 star reviews and referrals
  • Be the main point of contact between agents, clients, escrow, lenders, vendors, etc.
  • Think big picture and always be looking for ways to improve the systems that are in place
  • Make sure all transactions are compliant so agents are paid promptly and we are legally protected
  • Exceed client expectations by proactively advising them through the escrow process including closing best practices
  • Be able to quickly learn HREG systems including but not limited to gmail, docusign, zipforms, follow up boss crm, spreadsheets (Excel), etc.
  • Attend all team meetings and support team members when needed.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills and able to follow your schedule
  • CA Real Estate Licence preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide an amazing client experience
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and disclosures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
