We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:


- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while ensuring timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Work closely with fellow kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and communicating any shortages or issues to management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications:


- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handlers Certification is required.
