We are looking for a strong team member to work in our F & B department. This individual will lead the kitchen while we are open from Thursday to Sunday. This individual will work closely with our Lead Bartender to support bar service during events and weddings we have throughout our summer season. Creativity, drive and the availability to work within a team are a must for this role.
Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Leading in kitchen operation and food service output of small plate, quick service offerings
- Executing kitchen set-up and takedown
- Monitoring and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Collaboration with menu development (optional)
- Assisting with bar service during events and weddings
- Food service experience preferred
- Hospitality experience preferred
