We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Outbound Stowe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

• Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service.
• Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
• Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus and dining experiences for special occasions and events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Proven track record of success in leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food and service.
• Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
