Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Engagea Comm's services and expand our client base.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, informing marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming events and initiatives, utilizing marketing channels to drive attendance and engagement.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
