Pay Scale: $17.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

DAILY TASKS

  • Print new Best Price Stickers and place them on the vehicles after the Monday and Friday Re-Pricing Meeting.
  • Stock in purchase vehicles, inspect for cosmetic damage and start the recon process.
  • Final inspection of vehicles after recon, inspecting detail and looking for cosmetic flaws that need to be addressed for main lot vehicles.
  • Schedule vendors for PDR, touch up, etc...
  • Coordinate with ABRA for bodywork.
  • Take pictures of all Pre-Owned Vehicles ready for the lot and post them on Vauto.
  • Print all appropriate stickers and gather all certified marketing materials for the Pre-Owned vehicles and New Vehicles and have Sales Associates park them on the Lot.
  • Review all online pictures and look for missing information.
  • Follow the reconditioning process with the Service Department.
  • Process Certified Vehicles on the Manufacturers’ websites.
  • Lot Walk Main Lot, Kia Lot and Value Lot. Checking for Buyers Guides, Cert Stickers, Best Price Stickers and Lot Damage.
  • Keep Main Lot New, Pre-Owned and Kia Lot tidy, having vehicles lined up, arrange properly and have Sales Associates fill holes.
  • Stocking keys into Key Trac.
  • Helping Sales Associates with any reconditioning problems at time of delivery.
  • Inspect fresh trades and purchases and enter any recon in Velocity.
  • Help transport vehicles to and from the detail shop when help is needed.
  • Physical Inventory on Pre-Owned and Value Vehicle. Before the 10th and 20th of each month.
  • Schedule transport truck.

WEEKLY TASKS

  • Rearrange vehicles on Main Lot and Kia Lot once a week to make it look fresh.

BI-WEEKLY TASKS

  • Attend Monday and Thursday Recon Meetings.

Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and positive engagement 
  • Reliable and good with time management
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
  • Driving / Customer Service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
