YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Social Work Case Manager, your days will be filled with purpose as you navigate the intricate landscape of human services. You'll play a vital role in facilitating the reunification of children with their biological parents or guiding them toward adoption or guardianship. Regular visits with clients, families, and stakeholders will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities, ensuring that essential services are provided with diligence. Your meticulous documentation and outcome management will drive positive outcomes for those under your care.

Here's what you need to become our Social Work Case Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or another field in human services
  • 2+ years of experience in foster care or out-of-home care provision OR a master's degree in a related field
  • Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure
  • Ability and willingness to complete the children and residential experiences (CARE) and therapeutic crisis intervention (TCI) training
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • At least 21 years old
