YOUR ROLE

You work Monday - Friday with an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.

As a Foster Care Case Manager, your days are anything but ordinary. Always respectful and communicative, you work with children, biological families, and foster parents to facilitate healing and stronger relationships. Your ultimate goal is to help each child reunite with their biological family or to find a forever adoptive family with whom they will be happy and well taken care of. You attentively implement services and document what you see during your visits to optimize outcomes. Join us and help vulnerable children find love, stability, and a bright future

REQUIREMENTS

  • 21+ years old
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or another human services field
  • 2+ years of professional foster care or out-of-home-care experience OR a master's degree in social work, education, or a related field
  • DCFS licensure OR ability to obtain a license
  • Willingness to complete the children and residential experiences (CARE) and therapeutic crisis intervention (TCI) training
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
