Are you drawn to the thrill of outdoor adventures? Do you love racing, off-roading, and exploring new terrains? So do we This is your opportunity to join our tight-knit community of enthusiasts, who love what we do, and foster an atmosphere of camaraderie and shared experiences.
Days: Tuesday through Saturday
Sundays and Mondays are for riding
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly and courteously at the parts counter or over the phone.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their Powersports vehicles.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility, availability, and pricing.
- Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring that parts are stored correctly, and inventory counts are accurate.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for service jobs.
- Stay up to date with Powersports products, parts, and accessories, as well as industry trends.
- Support dealership events and promotions by participating in parts-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Avid rider, with complete passion for industry
- Previous experience in a parts role is nice, but we WILL TRAIN the right person.
- Knowledge of Powersports vehicles and parts is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move parts and accessories as needed (up to 50 lbs).
- REQUIRED- Motorcycle license
