The Jr. Creative Marketing Coordinator for LDG development will report to the Director of Brand and Marketing. The Jr. Creative Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for guiding all management team members involved in the creative marketing needs for the LDG properties and all marketing assets. The Jr. Creative Marketing Coordinator will provide consistency in expectations and deliverables among the various management companies being utilized to manage the LDG portfolio. This will ensure that the level of quality and care expected by LDG is being delivered and will also identify opportunities for improvement. The tasks listed below are the responsibility of the Jr. Creative Marketing Coordinator. The list below is not exhaustive and may evolve. LDG is innovative in its approach to affordable housing and the ownership of its assets.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and monitor the creation of onsite marketing materials, collateral, and promotional items to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Build out WordPress property websites by collecting necessary content and working with 3rd party developers to review proofs through final approval.
- Understand the basic functionality of CRM, PMS, and other third-party systems to ensure accuracy of setup and onsite usability.
- Perform regular audits of digital marketing assets and online listings to ensure accuracy and up-to-date content.
- Support management teams in the education and rollout of any new sales and marketing tools.
- Facilitation in the organization of grand opening and groundbreaking events, including travel to the sites for the event, design initiatives of said event, and communication with all involved parties that have a part in the event.
- Attend in-person and remote meetings along with and in place of the Director of Brand and Marketing or Sr. Brand and Marketing Coordinator.
- Support with new property marketing transitions and lease-up property schedules to ensure the management teams are staying on track with marketing needs.
- Additional responsibilities/tasks within the position's purpose may be assigned. LDG Development LLC & its affiliates reserve the right to change job descriptions at any time, with or without prior notice, based on business conditions/needs.
- Support management teams with any materials or information they may need for marketing decisions or marketing materials being created.
- Management and content creation of property-specific branded social media pages.
- Develop a variety of creative materials that accurately and effectively communicate all entities' branding, mission, and values.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- At least 2-4 years of successful marketing experience in the field.
- Ability to successfully complete all but not limited to the tasks listed above.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and ambitious attitude is essential.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, organizational and administrative skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mind will be powerful in completing the tasks at hand.
- Knowledge of social media management and social media content.
- Multifamily knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Sales experience.
- Verbal and auditory ability required to communicate in person and by telephone.
- Must be able to sit and / or stand up to eight hours per day.
SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Onesite, Marketing Center, and Knock is a plus.
- Knowledge of creative tools such as Canva and Adobe products, and/or like systems. ▪ Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
