Advanced Medaesthetic Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Practice Manager to support the daily operations of our Parkland, FL medical aesthetic office.


Position Overview:

The Aesthetic Practice Manager is responsible for strategically organizing the business for consistent growth by ensuring daily operations are smooth and effective while making certain the clinic is delivering the highest level of service to patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage non-medical aspects of the clinic's operations, including: revenue growth, effective workflows, payroll, expense reports, inventory, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Ensure that the clinic is in accordance with our standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for providing support and improving operations of the clinic's daily activities including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, patient paperwork, opening and closing transactions, and client care.
  • Responsible for pulling KPI’s and creating revenue generating business plans from those reports.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Ability to perform job functions autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to unexpected situations while always keeping our clients a priority.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and active listening skills; fluent computer and phone skills; ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to create and execute a hyper-growth focused business plan that improves office efficacy and revenue.
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma with 2-3 years of medical office management experience.
  • 2 years of aesthetics industry experience is preferred.
  • Must have experience in growing revenue through operations management.
  • Proven self-starter that can accomplish all tasks in an organized and timely manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including: customer service and supplier management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate recommendations and define goals.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and logistics skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
