As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver nursing care in alignment with the client's care plan, which encompasses thorough health and psychosocial assessments, monitoring of client conditions, and coordination of health promotion and preventive services.


Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of LPN experience required
Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing

Ability to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to resident services and care.

Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
A commitment to the well-being of seniors is essential.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
