Job Description:

The Client is seeking a highly qualified Applications Development Analyst to support the development and maintenance of SaaS solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management, Dataverse, Power Pages, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions across these platforms, along with a strong background in .NET development and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Design, Development, and Implementation:

  • Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions: Design, develop, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions, including integrations with Dataverse and Power Pages.
  • Custom Development: Extend solution capabilities using JavaScript or C# plugins as needed.
  • Workflow Creation: Design and develop out-of-the-box or custom workflows for Dynamics 365.
  • Integration: Integrate solutions with Azure SQL or SharePoint Online.
  • Data Migration: Migrate data from various sources into Dynamics 365 Case Management.
  • Technical Documentation: Document the current (AS IS) state of technical environments and develop system documentation and training plans.
  • Project Management: Utilize Azure DevOps for software project management, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Manage version control using Azure DevOps Repos or Git.
  • Testing: Perform unit, system, integration, regression, and load testing.
  • Database Analysis: Conduct database analysis and design, including creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Data Dictionaries, and Data Flow Diagrams.
  • Troubleshooting: Research and resolve problems with developed solutions and applications.
  • Code Reviews: Perform code reviews and vulnerability scanning.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflict and communication issues proactively.
  • Documentation & Approval: Review documentation for completeness and correctness; obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables from Contract Manager, Functional Manager, and Stakeholders.

B. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Deliverables: Ensure all work completed complies with policies and procedures. Prepare documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Progress Updates: Provide updates on the progress of technical solutions as directed.

C. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Conflict Management: Proactively address conflicts and communication issues.
  • Documentation: Review and prepare documentation for approval.
