At Redpath, we continue to grow.  We are currently hiring an experienced government financial manager to lead this area within Accounting and Management Outsourcing at Redpath and Company.  This position may have a hybrid work arrangement after an initial transition period, with an option to work out of our St. Paul or White Bear Lake office, and will report to the AMO Director. THIS IS A LOCAL MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL POSITION -- YOU MUST LIVE IN THE TWIN CITIES AREA TO BE CONSIDERED ALTHOUGH WORK ARRANGEMENT MAY BE HYBRID.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Deliver services as a Fractional or Project Finance Director/Manager and/or lead on a project team that includes other Redpath staff
  • Monitor engagement time and deliver on budget
  • Train and develop Redpath staff and identify resources for the practice to draw upon
  • Leverage network and market knowledge to support developing the practice

 

Qualifications:


  • Experience as a Finance Director or Manager at a government entity (City, County, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of government accounting and reporting standards
  • Government audit experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
