  • Pay: $28-30/hr

We are seeking Registered/Certified Behavior Technicians to join our team at working in the local school district for the 2024/2025 school year. 
This is a contract position offering varying hours, schedules and locations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions from BCBA, teacher, and/or program supervisor

  • Implement behavior management techniques, crisis intervention, and behavior intervention plans

  • Conduct ABA therapeutic services as directed by a BCBA

  • Assist in academic instruction and development plans

  • Document sessions and collect, interpret, and report on behavioral and academic data

  • Support students in developing independent daily living skills

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements

  • Support students across various environments


Minimum Requirements:

  • RBT certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician license

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred

  • One year of pediatric experience preferred

  • Associate degree in behavioral studies or a related field preferred

  • Current CPR certification if applicable

  • Current Health Certificate as per contract or state regulation

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

  • Effective communication skills and computer proficiency required

  • Must be at least of legal age


Submission Requirements:

  • RBT or CBT certification is required for this assignment


State License Requirements:

  • Washington
