Larson & Keeney Home Services is one of the leading home improvement companies in Northeast Wisconsin covering gutter, roofing, and insulation needs. Larson& Keeney Home Services was founded in 2009 by Josh Keeney and Andrew Larson, who have more than 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry. Founded on the principle of always putting the customer’s needs first, Larson & Keeney Home Services has established itself as one of the top home improvement companies in Northeast Wisconsin.

Larson & Keeny is a part of Canopy, a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Run pre-set, company-provided leads.

  • Generate your leads with neighbors of sales calls, if time allows after sales appointments.

  • Follow the Rodney Webb Sales System and stay current on Rodney Webb University classes.

  • Attend Monthly Rodney Webb Video call.

  • Inspect gutters, roofs, and attics.

  • Do a Digital Analysis (Video Inspection) on every sales call.

  • Sell Reference Sheets on every sales call.

  • Obtain references each week by visiting existing customers.

  • Present and sell company services and products (namely Gutter Shutter maintenance free Gutters, GAF Roofing and Dr. Energy Saver insulation).

  • Attend Sales meetings Monday, Wednesday and one one-on-ones each Friday.

  • Work Home Shows as directed by the Sales Manager.

  • Upload all information from the sales call to C-Flow after each call.

  • Follow up on Demo Maybes within 2 days of appointment.

  • Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations.


Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous sales experience.

  • Ability to persuade and influence others.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and maintain a clean driving record.

  • PC proficient

  • Dress attire - business casual.

  • Company car provided and kept clean by the employee.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and one weekend a month.
