Job Summary:


We are seeking a Support Services Advocate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for client intake and assessment, referral and resource coordination, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or higher and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities:


- Conduct client intake and assessment to determine their needs and eligibility for services

- Coordinate referrals to appropriate resources and services

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

- Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices and policies


Requirements:


- Associate's degree or higher in social work, psychology, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of community resources and services
