How you will make an impact: 
As a Dishwasher/Server at Northfield Retirement Community, you will assist with serving meals to residents, restocking supplies in the kitchen to prepare for future shifts, and help to clean and organize the kitchen. We are looking for outgoing and friendly individuals who are ready and willing to make a difference in the lives of others. If you are interested in making connections with our residents and uplifting their dining experience, we would love to meet you. 

Schedule varies: Full-time and Part-time positions available with hours from 4:25pm - 7pm. This position includes working every other weekend and holiday coverage.

What you will need: 

  • Must be 15 years or older to apply
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds to help with truck deliveries
  • Must be flexible, reliable and able to work independently
  • Must be willing to maintain a neat appearance; cleanliness is required
