Job Duties:

  • Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved

  • Provide a smooth check in and check out process

  • Schedule appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day

  • Assist with retail recommendations and product purchases

  • Prioritize guest service and satisfaction

  • Exceed individual, team and center goals

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the center

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Positive, friendly, upbeat, detail oriented and motivated
  • Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best.
  • The ability to work flexible hours part-time. WEEKENDS a must,
  • The ability to positively receive and implement feedback.
  • Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team.
  • Must be accountable.
  • High school diploma.
  • Sales Experience is preferred.
