Accounting Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTransteck has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager for our new state of the art dealership located in Lebanon, PA. • This position will be responsible for assigned office management and accounting functions
• Posting of accounts payable invoices and parts invoices
• Reconciliation of oil and parts inventories
• Posting of banking activity
• Reconcile vendor/manufacturer statements
• Review accounting schedules and investigate discrepancies

Requirements for Accounting Manager:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of accounting management experience
• Accounting degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous automotive or truck dealership accounting is preferred
• Experience with CDK/ADP accounting software is preferred
