Our cost-effective, plug-and-play products empower businesses of all sizes to conduct as needed predictive and preventative maintenance on mission-critical and secondary equipment in order to maximize uptime.


Logistics:

Location: 100% remote

Travel: 50-80% travel based on clients and business needs

Job Description:This position will give you the opportunity to -

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client delight, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to present new and/or expansion of products/services and address any concerns.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigning, social media outreach, and other sales techniques.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize prospects to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate client records.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives and departments to share insights and best practices.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Reliability, Technology, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, no preference on industry/sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and knowledge of sales processes and cycles
  • Military background with demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow work direction and prioritize assigned tasks, perform basic math calculations accurately, and communicate effectively (both verbally and written)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Willingness to stretch current ability to learn new skills
